With a passion for innovation and collaboration, Jay has dedicated his career to helping individuals and businesses of all sizes achieve their goals.  As an Instructor at Milwaukee Area Technical College's school of business Jay remains connected to local business and delivers high quality classroom experiences exposing students to management concepts and applying them to reach their fullest potential.  As a small business owner himself, Jay understands the challenges that come with running a successful enterprise and founded LeadingEdge Management Solutions to provide networking opportunities for business owners and connect them with the professional services they need.
