Jay Lorino is the founder of LeadingEdge, a family of companies centered around residential construction, development, and business strategy. LeadingEdge Development LLC serves as the core, delivering general contracting, remodeling, and land development services throughout Southeast Wisconsin.

With over 20 years of experience across business management, project management, and supply chain, Jay brings a practical and disciplined approach to every project. He also serves as an Instructor in the School of Business at Milwaukee Area Technical College, where he focuses on delivering high-quality learning experiences grounded in real-world application.  Enhancing those student experiences with real time experience in business.

Through LeadingEdge Management Solutions LLC, Jay provides consulting and project management services to partners and other businesses, while LeadingEdge Equity Partners LLC focuses on real estate investment opportunities. Across all entities, the goal is consistent: deliver quality work, build strong relationships, and create long-term value.
